Refund and Dispute Policy for EMDR Intensive Packages
Effective Date: July 11, 2025
At Untamed Therapy, all EMDR Intensive Packages are a commitment to your healing. Time, energy, and space are reserved specifically for you. Because of the nature of this work and the limited availability of intensive sessions, all sales are final and non-refundable once booked.
Refund Policy
All EMDR Intensive Package purchases are non-refundable once booked and paid for but rescheduling is available with proper notice as mentioned below.
This includes late cancellations, no-shows, and reschedules without proper notice. No partial refunds will be issued for unused session time.
Reschedule Policy
You may reschedule your EMDR Intensive with at least 5 days’ notice by emailing info@untamedtherapy.com or contacting provider directly through your client portal.
If you give less than 5 days’ notice, rescheduling is not guaranteed and your session may be forfeited without refund.
Disputes
Filing a payment dispute after services have been rendered or time has been reserved is a violation of our client agreement. This may result in termination of services.

By purchasing an EMDR Intensive Package, you acknowledge and agree to the above policy.
